Louis XVI Lacquered Chest of Drawers

Louis XVI lacquered chest of drawers with two drawers, tapered legs, and a decorative apron motif on the front and sides. The ivory floral decoration on a Pompeian red background is partly original and partly restored and enhanced.
The piece retains its original drawer bottoms, locks, and back.
